There are three delicious lasagne options to choose from, all carefully crafted with handmade pasta, and layers of delicious sauces. You’ll love our Lasagne alla Bolognese (made using Nonna Maria’s recipe, owner Daniel Cester’s grandmother) with 21 handmade pasta sheets sandwiched between layers of slow-cooked pork and beef bolognese, creamy pink bechamel sauce and topped with grated parmesan. For some vegetarian options, try our velvety Lasagne al Pesto or our rich Lasagne alle Melanzane made with tender eggplant, mozzarella and creamy bechamel.
