You know we love Spritz – that’s why in 2020, we made Melbourne’s First Spritz bar with over 10 Spritz cocktail variations! But this summer has been HOT, and we started thinking about other cooling and refreshing drinks that we love. Immediately the Sicilian granita came to mind. An upscale slurpie made with real ingredients, Sicilian granita are often packed full of seasonal fruit, nuts or coffee, and served for breakfast with a rich brioche bun. Spritz granita? Sounds like a match made in heaven! Icy and refreshing, our Spritz granita are available in three delicious flavours: Aperol Spritz Granita, Limoncello Spritz Granita and Berry Spritz Granita.
