We’re so excited to introduce you to Cugini’s Panini! The first of its kind in Melbourne, Cugini's panini are baked fresh to order in our 400-degree wood-fired oven! Available every Tuesday to Sunday from 12pm - 3pm!
What’s so special about Cugini’s paninis?
Sure, you’ve had a panini before but not like this! We start with our 48-hour rested dough, and we don’t bake the bread until you place your order! Freshly baked in our 400-degree wood-fired oven, our paninis are then topped with traditional meats and cheeses before being placed back in the oven to melt. Then we add the fresh toppings - like tomato, lettuce or pickled onions – cut the panini in half, and serve it to you warm, fresh from the oven.
We’ve put together five delicious paninis for you to choose from but you can also add extra toppings to suit your tastes. Want something completely off-menu? Choose our ‘Dimmi’ panini and tell us how to build your perfect panini! Choose one type of meat, one type of cheese, and three extra toppings of your choice!
